Northern Foods sells Dalepak Frozen Foods for £6.4m
Northern Foods plc will sell Dalepak Frozen Foods to the Irish Food Processors Group, in a deal worth £6.4 million in cash. The frozen food company, which made a marginal loss of £23 million in the year leading up to April 2010, will see 143 of its employees transfer to the Irish Food Processors Group.
